Welcome to my first WWW Wednesday!
How it works: just answer the three questions to let everyone know what you’re up to! If you post a WWW Wednesday on your own blog, leave a link in the comments! If you don’t have a blog or don’t want to make your own post – just post in the comments below! I’d love to know what you guys are reading!
The three W’s are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What are you reading next?
Currently Reading
Right now, I’m nearly finished with my very first physical ARC, (Don’t) Call Me Crazy, edited by Kelly Jensen. It’s a great book all about mental illness, ending the stigma, and being open about mental health. I think this is a very important book that should be read not only by those with mental illness, but those who don’t struggle with it, as well. Although I think it’s an important read, I have struggled with it a little bit. It’s been a bit hard to read as it’s made me confront things about myself, and I’ve become emotional more than once while reading the experiences of others that I greatly relate to.
I am also reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by J.K. Rowling for my series on Reading Harry Potter for the First Time. I don’t want to give away too many of my thoughts yet – I’d rather save those for the upcoming blog post – but I’m enjoying it! It’s making me incredibly nostalgic for the movies. Too bad I don’t have them with me, I’d love to be able to watch the movies as I get through the books! I feel like Harry Potter is one of those quintessential books that everyone should read as some point, especially fantasy fans like myself, and I’m excited I’m finally getting to experience it for the first time.
Recently Finished
I haven’t read anything within the last week, but my most recently finished book was A Torch Against the Night by Sabaa Tahir. And oh. my. god. What a masterpiece. This was an easy 5 stars for me. If you know me, like, AT ALL, you’ll know that my two favorite series of all time are An Ember in the Ashes and The Illuminae Files, and my two favorite authors of all time are Sabaa Tahir and Jay Kristoff. I wish I could talk more about this book, how amazing it was, and the unbelievable twists and turns, but I won’t get into spoilers here. Book talk maybe? Regardless, if you’ve never read this series, READ IT NOW!
Reading Next
I haven’t yet fully decided what will be next, but I have a pretty good feeling I know what it will be, since I keep my ARCs in order of review due dates. So, next should be The Witch of Willow Hall by Hester Fox! I can’t wait to read it, it sounds so good! Thank you so much to Harlequin for sending me a review copy.
Conclusion
Well, that’s all for this weeks WWW Wednesday! Let me know in the comments if you’ve read any of these books, and I’d love to hear your answers to these questions!
I’m interested on checking out (Don’t) Call Me Crazy because I’ve heard a lot from it from frequenting Book Riot. I can’t to read about your thoughts on your experience with reading HP for the first time. 🙂

What are you currently reading? Hunting in Bruges by E.J. Stevens (I’m struggling)
What did you recently finish reading? Follow Me by Tiffany Snow (It was good!)
What are you reading next? I really don’t know yet! With audiobooks I prefer not to stack up ARC’s. So I’ll just go and find something new on the lists or maybe buy one. I am desperately waiting for Dr. Strange Beard by Penny Reid on audible.

I have got to start the An Ember in the Ashes series — I have had book one since it came out and haven’t gotten around to reading it. Thanks for the reminder! I need to put it back to the top of the TBR pile.

I was going to read The Witch of Willow Hall last week but the publishers are having a blog tour at the end of October so I’m joining that, so I’ve put it back a bit.
