Reading My Top 5 Highest and Lowest Rated Books – Intro

I’m so excited to be bringing you this series. I was inspired by Kayla over at BooksandLala, who came up with this idea for a video recently! I thought it sounded like a lot of fun, so I decided to bring it to you guys on the blog. I hope you enjoy watching me figure out whether my opinions align with the general consensus or not – maybe I’ll love 10 books, maybe I’ll love half and hate half, maybe I won’t enjoy any of them. I followed Kayla’s guidelines – the book has to have been out for at least 4 months. I made a shelf of all books I own and haven’t read, and sorted them by rating. There will be two follow up posts – one for the top 5 highest rated, and one for the top 5 lowest rated. So – here’s what I’m going to be reading!

Get Over It: 5 Tips for Getting Over a Reading Slump

3 It happens to the best of us. You finish a book – probably a really amazing one, because that’s  always how it happens – and when you go to start another one – nothing. It’s just not working for you at all, and no matter how hard you try, you can’t start this next book!

Well, lucky for you, friends, this happens to me ALL THE TIME. And over the years, I’ve come up with some tricks to get over it and get back into those books! So without further ado, here are my 5 tips for getting over a reading slump.
